Most recently she led the thought leadership initiatives for a packaging innovations team whose clients included McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera, and more. Charmaine also developed an integrated marketing communications and sales enablement initiative for a distributor who also creates custom packaging for GNC, Bona, SmartMouth, Kenra, Lemi Shine and more. Charmaine holds her master’s degree in journalism from Northern Illinois University and has been distinguished with six awards from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals.
