How it all began
It started in 1999 – on the cusp of the tech industry’s historic crash. Sanjay Shah saw a void in the ERP market. While ERPs were transforming organizations in all kinds of ways, there was still no solution for managing complex pricing, trade, royalties and incentive programs that so many businesses rely on to optimize margin and profitability. As an R&D leader in the ERP world, Sanjay also knew that this type of solution wasn’t on anyone else’s roadmap. So, he set out to build one. Within two years, the first version of Vistex solutions were launched. It caught on quickly with customers and partners.
Fast forward 25 years. Leading brands such as GM, Barilla, and Bayer rely on the company’s software and services every day to make sure it all adds up. Driven by Sanjay’s bold vision, Vistex continues to provide enterprise-class solutions for more customers around the world. Sanjay Shah was a tech entrepreneur, Founder, CEO & Chief Architect of Vistex, making sure it all adds up for our customers. Under Sanjay’s leadership, Vistex has grown into a global organization dedicated to transforming how businesses across multiple industries bring their products and services to market by taking control of mission-critical processes. With a passion for lifelong learning and an appreciation of the importance of giving back, Sanjay founded the Vistex Foundation and the Vistex Institute for Executive Learning and Research at Lehigh University.
Raju joined Vistex in 2000 and brought an extraordinary amount of focus, energy, and discipline during his tenure to ensure that Vistex customers realize the most value out of their technology investment. His commitment to excellence was instrumental in shaping and growing Vistex and Solution Delivery capabilities. Raju will be remembered as a dedicated leader and a colleague, but most importantly, a friend.
