Ramona is a seasoned professional in the B2B and B2C marketing arena and entered the incentive industry in 1998 where she managed multiple incentive programs. During her tenure, Ramona worked with third party vendors to manage retail incentive programs which aided in expanding the brand presence and increasing revenue for her company.  In 2011, Ramona joined forces one of the incentive industry’s most award-winning incentive marketing companies, which provided B2B solutions in the form of Reward and Recognition Programs, Performance Improvement and Incentive Strategies, Group/Individual Incentive Travel and Creative Communication services just to name a few. Ramona successfully assisted Fortune 500 companies with addressing an array of business needs, including increasing sales, brand awareness, employee retention and providing an enhanced customer service experience.  Her greatest accomplishment entailed leading the account team responsible for more than tripling the size of a client rewards program, positioning the client as one of her company’s largest accounts. As Senior Client Manager at Vistex, Ramona will continue to showcase her expertise and vast knowledge of the incentive industry.  She looks forward to collaborating with members of the Dell EMC team to successfully facilitate the continued growth of the Dell EMC MyRewards and MDF and Rebate Programs.
