Vistex Strengthens Leadership Team, Appoints Channel Veteran Joe Golemba as Executive Director, Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

Hoffman Estates, IL – October 7, 2025 – Vistex, Inc., a global leader in software solutions for managing pricing, trade, royalties and incentives, today announced the appointment of Joe Golemba, an architect of partner-centric growth, as its Executive Director, Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, effective immediately. Golemba will lead the company’s global partner channel growth initiatives.

In this role, Golemba will architect and execute comprehensive partnership strategies focused on accelerating customer acquisition and driving long-term satisfaction. His proven track record includes recognition as a 2025 CRN Channel Chief alongside senior leadership positions at Pricefx, Oracle and Model N, where he built and scaled strategic programs across global markets.
