Support for the Government Pricing software is provided through the SAP Support Launchpad Customer Message channel using the component XX-PART-DTM.

If you experience an issue with your Government Pricing software, please first look for applicable SAP Notes as the issue may already be known and resolved. Search SAP Support Launchpad SAP Notes using the component XX-PART-DTM.

If you are unable to find an SAP Note to resolve the issue, please open a customer message with SAP under the component XX-PART-DTM.
